Fully automated off-site backup of user computer data.
Computer Monitoring & Maintenance
We review daily computer logs for alerts and errors so that we can proactively address issues before they become problematic.
Inventory & Asset Management
Asset tracking of hardware, software, licenses, serial numbers, and media. Change tracking of software installation/un-installation and hardware modifications.
Remote Support Plan
Supplementary to our on-site service, remote support software allows us to access your computers and mobile devices when a site visit isn’t feasible or preferred.
